Well, being a food science and nutrition graduand myself, i clearly know that sugar is the biggest killer in weight management. However, i was blessed with sweet tooth and i am definitely qualified to endorse the phrase of ' Desserts Gives Happiness'. I should just call myself a dessertarian, instead.
I can be very dependent. Whenever i feel the guilt after a heavy meal, the everyday-must-use sentence surely coming out from me : I MUST DIET AFTER THIS. Immediately, your meal companion will just trying to comfort you and always reassure you that you are just not that fat, you're fine, so skinny still... bla... etc... YEA.. so that's it , continue the bulking process the next day, GG.com.
If you are reading this, and feels me, continue till you finish. Next, i am going to share the place where i am going to spare my meal time with most of the days from now on and hopefully get rid of 'Desserts' from my dictionary.
