Yes, i do 'bake'! No-Bake Cake~*

Baking seems so complicated and a waste of time to me. Why do i need to spend so much money and waste so much time to just making one cake that's just for my satiation of  my sweet tooth after a heavy meal while i can just pay a few dollar at any favourite bakery shop and grab one of it or just hop to a cafe and order one. So basically, that piece of cake is gonna be like taking  few hours just for the preparation and it gonna be vanish after few bites.

Over this 20 over years, i never hold a whisk , like honestly *thinking twice*, yeap, never.

This was how i thought. At least, now i am totally thinking of the other way round.

Thanks to No-Bake Cake.

And... this is the very first cake made by myself .

I swear, it taste REAL GOOD! I never thought that the first trial turned out this good and everyone love it so much !

It took me less than an hour to make this. What satisfied me the most is how good i felt after the cake formed perfectly in shape and the feeling of getting lot of praises from the eaters ;D It's awesome!!

Here's the recipes, move your ass and go get ready to make your very first cake too! GoGoGoo!

Ingredient:
1/2 cup unsalted butter
200mL whipping cream/heavy cream
Oreo biscuits
Chocolate bar
Strawberry
Almond flakes

You also need:
Food processor
Whisk Bowl
Cake holder

To make the crust: First , decide on what biscuit you like the most. Oreo, peanut, lemon,or digestive biscuit. Then, crush the biscuits with a food processor or just put them into a plastic bag and crush it by a spoon. Stir the butter into the crushed biscuits until well mixed, tip into the cake holder and press down well to cover the base and sides of the holder. Chill it for at least 30 minutes to allow the crust to set. Now, proceed to the filling.

To make the filling: Pour the heavy cream/whipping cream into a bowl and warm it until diluted. Whisk them until the mixture forms soft peaks. Then, mix it with any flavour that you like. Here, i chose chocolates flavour as my filling. Whisk in the melted chocolate until the mixture thickens, but taking care not to over-whip. Spoon the mixture into the biscuit case and spread out evenly. Chill it until the fillings set. Set the strawberries on top of the fillings after 10 minutes and let it chill again.

Once the filling is set, sprinkle some almond flakes on it and your cake is ready to be serve!

This is kinda addicting. After that first cake, i tried making it into cupcakes too. The steps are all the same , it just the different container that i use to make the cake.

TADAAA!!!
