Chef Najib Hamid, an excellent Le Cordon Bleu graduate had invted BBO and some food writters for a food tasting session for his soon-to-open restaurant in Subang Jaya , Kuala Lumpur.

*Roasted portobello mushroom , stuffed with steamed couscous and laced with finely chopped calamari, sliced black olives and sun-dried tomatoes*
