The Lou Yu Sang Moment~*

Yu Sang is the traditional must-dish during Chinese New Year with its great symbolism of 'Good Luck' for the Chinese. It's mixing ingredients each bringing a gud meaning of itself, the 'Yu鱼' means fish in mandarin  as it sounds the same as '余' which means 'surplus' or 'abundance' . The Chinese will usually toss the Yu Sang with a pair of long cue and the higher the toss the greater the fortunes they gonna get !=D

Personally, i love Yu Sang the most among all the Chinese New Year must have signature foods ! *-* Imagine i can buy few box of 'Yu Sang' and bring back home toss-and-eat myself  while facebook'ng xD...

Early in the January , i have already calling all my dearies for a Lou Sang ! We googled and asked around to check which restaurant has already offering the Yee Sang package. After choosing from few restaurants which are quite famous of Yu Sang ,we decided to toss our very first 2012 Yee Sang at The Oriental Pavilion in Jaya 33, Pj!



The interior of this restaurant is nice and good for family& friends gathering. They have private rooms as well for those people who prefer to have more privacy. We booked a room for 10... but it's kinda disappointed that they didn't reserved the room for us when we arrived.Anyway, we still enjoyed our night!*-*
